- Conduct whole-system OD diagnostics using qualitative and quantitative data to assess areas including organisational structures, management ratios, grade mix, role clarity, capability, culture, processes and ways of working.
- Work iteratively with OD Practitioners and colleagues across People & Culture, PMO, Finance, Tech & Insight and Governance to develop, test and refine organisational design options.
- Provide accurate and timely data, analysis and insight to support OD and Transformation reviews, change assessments, demand forecasting and forward planning.
- Maintain and improve Organisation Design and Transformation data, dashboards, analytical tools and reporting processes, supporting strong governance and compliance with agreed Organisation Design Principles.
- Support value for money by analysing and reporting on costs, benefits, workforce impacts and transformation outcomes.
What’s essential.
